How many of these are around? PT MKI motor in a SF 430 shell like the So76s that are Mantua Tyco. I think there's only one screw in the truck because it's needed to hold the middle gear in place and the back truck doesn't so why use one. These are the auction photos. It's even more pristine in real life.

Thanks to the Tyco site I think this is a 235-21 produced between '75-'76 and is pictured there as well. Correction: I found I have a 235-21 in a box with instructions and handrails and it has the snap-in tank and the typical couplered Alco trucks so I guess this would be a #235 starting in '71.

Does anyone have one of these in SF and other than So76?

Brian Thanks. It is a nice example and I was lucky to stumble on it. We might expect to see it in some other road names too. It doesn't seem used at all. I wonder if examples in this condition were bought for kids who didn't play with them or had trouble using them because of bad track work or early transformers?
