Hi all,
Now that I am done spamming the board from playing catch-up, I suppose I can make it official that I have returned from my, um, sabbatical of sorts.
To put any innuendos, rumors, or accusations to rest: it was nothing personal, and I was not intending for another "MagAc" situation. I've been in touch with several of you via email after all.
Suffice to say this: I had a lot of stuff going on a few months ago, and a lot of frustrations built to a head. I've had some personal struggles to grapple with, and other priorities to focus on, like my newborn for one.
Given all of that, something had to give... so I figured best to quit and cut ties "cold turkey" and not raise a dramatic stink. I did have a few issues but figured they were my own.
Anyhow. Things are slowly on the up around here. Along with that, NYC called me a few days ago and after a long enjoyable conversation, convinced me to come back (and fixed my account so that I could). So here I am.
The broken photos were a coincidental side casualty, and I addressed that in another post. If you are really jonesing to see something from the archives, let me know.
I turned my PMs back on and I'll be around if anyone wants to contact me.
I did miss people here, and am grateful for the friendships made here. I'm also glad to see so many new faces here, and hope I can get back in the swing of things again.
Hopefully I will be able to shut up more too.
