I'm wondering what is the best way to oil the worm shaft bushings on a riveted power truck of a Mantua/Tyco diesel. There are three holes under the truck. Do the two outside holes allow you to reach the bushings with a needle oiler?

That is how I oil them.
You must be careful not to get oil on the commutator.

Ray, thanks. I can see the commutator through the middle hole.
