#1460 looks like a "Sweeps" (Switcher+Geep) that the Canadian National had (albeit having flexicoil trucks.)

The SD-unit appears to be of "home-built" Santa Fe SD-20's... cab damaged by collision.

It may be dated by the GP-38 #2333.
