Hi guys.... I do a lot of biz on ebay and cant help but notice there's a LOT of Champ decals for sale...I thought they were "going out of biz"...I tend not to use Champ...I never had good luck with these....cant seem to get them to work properly....all the other decals I use (including my own) work fine...my question is are these decals NEW or are they leftovers...and would it be safe to buy them?
