Somebody makes a repower kit for those old Lima pancake trucks that use something like a CD drive tray motor. I don't remember what company makes them, but I've seen them on eBay.

Hey Ken,
I have a spare Lima motor you can have. I pulled it out of a C420. It runs well. I did as Ray suggested and modified the C420 shell to fit over an Athearn 4-axle Uboat chassie.
