Found an nice ad for Life-Like's early '70s Pennsy A-3 Shunter 0-4-0 Steamer. Believe this little model later surfaces with AHM, but may have got it start under the Life-Like banner...

I have a couple of those. I am not sure who they were distributed by though. One is an AT&SF and the other is CONRAIL[:0]

you would think that the Conrail train wouldhave a Conrail caboose I've seen a Amtrak steam loco b4 but idk who made it
