Sorry to hear they got another...
I was happy doing scale models of real life, counting rivets, taking measurements and minding my own business when I needed a part for a Tyco steamer. Found this site and, as they say, the rest is history. Now the guys at the club look at me like I'm some wayward crack addict when I show off my #900 pipe loader or my #903 piggyback loader. Here, only here, is my malaise understood, the glee that comes from finding a #936 gold mine with a belt that's not dry rotted, the triumph of a Chattanooga steamer making one complete lap without stalling...sigh....[:D]

[:D] Just warms my heart to read posts like Shaygetz here!
When I first started the TYCO Resource in 2000, I was worried that I was the only nut who enjoyed collecting "old junk" like TYCO. My sites average 4,000 hits per day now.
Big thanks to Todd aka NYC for his efforts and inspiration to launch the TYCO Forum! What a great spot this is for us to discuss and share information!
