Greetings Brits,
I have a few Hornby Dublo OO gauge trains and have a few questions.
1. Do these trains run on AC like Marklin,or DC current like Tyco?
2. Will these run on Marklin stud rail tracks?
(by the way these are three rail)

Thanks,
Carl T.

hi carl.t dublo runs on 12v dc (oo gauge),the marlin track will work but was made to more exacting standards (ho scale) than dublo so points may be a problem, only tried on straights myself, but theory says it should be okay, remember ho and oo are same gauge tracks? its only the height of locos and wagons that is different, ken

OO is built to 4mm to the foot, HO is built to 3.5mm to the foot, hence the slightly larger size of OO. As Ken said, they both are gauged to HO track.
