Hello all....... I'm new here.....I customize cabooses....and I got a Mantua SP caboose in a lot the other day....I havn't seen one of these before just wondering if it has any value....its complete and has a cast metal inderframe.....color is silver....any help appreciated

Welcome aboard! From your description of a diecast frame I would guess you have an early 1960's or "Red Box Era" car. Tony Cook's web site has more info at http://tycotrain.tripod.com/redboxerafreightcars/id20.html They show up fairly often... Loopy
If you can't fix it with a hammer, you've got an electrical problem.

Yep...thats it....the one in the red box section.....(Hi Ken hope you see this..)..the pic of the SP is the same one I have Well, I can always use the cupola for a Wabash N&W or C&EI.... Thanx guys!!!!
