There were at least two variants of this item, one being rare(?) Is the rare verson the one
with the rooster with a red, white and blue tail?

Thanks.

According to the above thread, the "red letter" version is much harder to find.

So, it is the coloration of the letters, not the tail
feathers that distinguish the rare from the ordinary?

FYI, the variant with the red A/B letters is harder to find. There are 6 Kellogg's cars on eBay right now and only one of them has the red A/B letters.

If I have it right, Tyco was the first to do the silk screen process
that allowed for mass production of Bill Board cars, it was a patented
process. Looks like other manufacturers got on that band wagon?
