Athearn chassis, shell possibly a good kitbash? Nosing its way past the New Armadilloville

Nice electric locomotive there, Chops.
I'm going to double-dip this week, with 2 Athearn locomotive acquisitions from my Saturday trip to Henning's Trains. 2 GP9's, one Great Northern and the other Baltimore & Ohio. Both were serviced by the train store, but the handrails had surface rust and glue in some spots, holding the stanchions in place. So, I used the dremel and wire wheel to remove whatever little rust and glue I could get off, and repainted the handrails black, with a paint pen. I then added white accents with a white paint pen. I'm quite satisfied with the final results.
