Those pieces sticking down from the frame that are just above the leaf springs on the truck remind me of something similar on the Pemco Alcos. Can you show some more pics? Very interesting!

One of the new guys PM'd me and said it was a Tiger Valley Model, which makes some sense. Just can't tell if it's a 424/5 or 30. IT hasn't arrived so thats all I have so far...

It's not the PEMCO model...
Here's the PEMCO C430...

The lack of a box for the intake just behind the cab on your model, I believe makes it pre-C430....so it's a C424 or C425. Notice the large box behind the cab on the PEMCO...believe this is a general spotting feature for the C430's and C630-636's.
BTW, did anyone else hear the rumor that Bowser Stewart is looking at tooling design to allow them to offer a C636 and its MLW partner? They are doing the Hi-Ad truck too for this project.
