webcam, shot of nearby block they are not really flatcars, but they are not hoppers(are they?) I see them used a lot for shipping containers on the track that is nearby

Intermodal well cars for carrying shipping containers as shown. Not hoppers nor flat cars.

Well cars. The bottom container’s doors are blocked shut and thus impenetrable. Think the top containers interlock in such a fashion as to be unable to open doors, but not sure about the latter statement.
One thing for sure, loaded from China inbound and empty to China outbound. Paying labor in China at $3 a day is big money for those people.

except these go from fond du lac wisconsin up to canada, I don't think they ever get over to china, might have come from there tho
