My LOTW will be another proud new addition to my collection, and probably the biggest piece of motive power I have. Here is my near mint Tyco Santa Fe 2-8-2 Mikado Steam Engine.

Overall this big engine seemed to run alright on the test track. I got a small adjustable wrench last weekend, so now I can properly tighten my drivers to where I can keel this and my Pacific up and running well. I love the looks of this massive freight engine, and it compliments my B&O Pacific quite well. The bigger Tycos are quite a site to behold, I only wish they could've gotten their 2-10-2 Texas into production. I've always wondered who those preproductions wound up with...

the 2-10-2 seen in the catalog supposably was a painted brass model. But who knows, there could have been a prepod that was made.

Since we're going big...
Here is my biggest locomotive. It is a mighty classic Athearn Baltimore & Ohio RR DD40 diesel! Runs well, and surprisingly, it will run on the EVRR, except for the bridge which catches this locomotive by the handrails. :( I will be replacing the bridge sometime soon, so one day this DD40 will be hauling freight on my autumn layout. Got it a while back at the Nicholas Smith Train Store for only $40, an extremely good price.
