Finally invested in a 58'' tripod for my camera, which will enable me to not only film with zero hand-shake, but also to produce videos such as time lapses, not otherwise possible when filming while holding the camera. Enjoy this video of my Life-Like Proto New York Central RR GP9 hauling mixed freight on the outer line of the Ephrata Valley Railroad.
Also, so happy to now have 100 YouTube subscribers! Stay tuned for a special reveal video coming tomorrow night!

| The video quality looks excellent! Tripods are game changers. I bought one years ago, and it really stepped up the quality of my train layout videos. I haven't used it in years though. I don't take many videos these days, and cheap digital cameras have advanced to the point that pictures generally come out great without a tripod.

Thanks DaCheez! Well, my main motive for getting a tripod was so that I could do time lapses, videos of me working on my layouts/trains, etc, which was impossible previously. And yes, it has enhanced clarity in just filming model trains in action.
