Well I'm moving I've known this for a while so I've been putting away the layout and packing everything up I have a nice spot in the basement of the new house for everything I'm excited to set it all up if anybody has any good ideas for track plans please let me know

Here are the twin buttes they are just west of Durango. not my picture it's one I found on the internet

In real life the Rio grande southern ran quite close to the twin buttes I actually found a railroad spike on one of the bike trails around there the other day.

I made a neat track plan similar to the old one sorry about the blurrines of the pictures

there is a track going round the edges of the layout then another track going up and on top of the elevated hill then a track entirely on top of the elevated hill where I will put the tunnel I also have a siding that will be behind the freight station and one that will go to the forest lumber company.
here is a veiw of the other side of the layout which is hard to see in the other picture

I will add scenery and buildings soon
