My LOTW will be the Life-Like Bicentennial Teakettle Steamer that I traded my Tyco ICG C430 to RP for. I also just won this lot, so now I can complete my Tyco Spirit of 76 lot. The Life-Like caboose is just a bonus. I love these bicentennial themed-units.

The LL loco almost looks like a tyco to me. Something about that glossy red color.

Looks awesome, A-A-ron!
Erik, looks awesome on your layout. Can't wait to see a video of it hauling freight.
Alex, that Brazilian loco is coming along nicely.

Thanks! All I must do is decal the tender, add some final touches and such. But I'm not sure what scheme I should do for the tender...
Google some pics of ABPF #210 and tell me which scheme you like best! You may notice there are many small variations in the schemes. This guy was altered a lot!

"Herman Haupt (Philadelphia, March 26, 1817 – Jersey City, December 14, 1905) was an American civil engineer and railroad construction engineer and executive. As a Union Army General during the American Civil War, he revolutionized U.S. military transportation, particularly the use of railroads." Wikipedia
President Lincoln was a railroad attorney, and a good one at that, before becoming president. Part of Lincoln's genius was that he truly understood the power of technology, specifically that of railroads and telegraphy, which were instrumental in winning the Civil War.

The Jupiter, alas is locked up in the History Museum, and they have asked to extend the exhibit through 2020. Well, I suppose it shall, though I’d like to get some run time with her. The next micro layout for her may likely feature a bilevel construction first seen in one of Erik’s layouts. Ingenious, it doubles the amount of track and trains in the same space.
I still have yet to complete the linear subway layout, which got sandbagged by some missing parts that are now simply awaiting assembly. Should not be hard, but I am loathe to do it only to find it still doesn’t work. I just need to bite the proverbial bullet.
Another micro layout involves a south Florida backwoods shortline, a first generation steam layout. Also would like to do a small point to point switching layout.
Have a lot of spare track stored up, just need some time and plywood.

A sad story! On the topic of layouts, I'm finishing up EVERY one of my projects. Until everything on that table is done, I'm not doing anything else, this is all for a reason.
I might end up building a working diorama of some sort in the future...........

Sorry to hear that, Chops, but your layout plans sound incredible!
As far as my layout plans go, as many of you have seen already, I completed my simple catenary on the Alpine Railroad, and that puts it at 95% completion, as I still would like to do a few more final touches to it before declaring it "forever 99% finished."
I'll be starting on the new N-Scale layout very soon, and hope to get some video/time lapse compilations of the layout as it is being re-built. I really hope to grow my YouTube channel, honestly, as I'll have more time to devote to this awesome hobby, once I start my new job.

Not to worry, I'll have it back soon enough. Got my hands full anyways. Got some new British pieces that are quite enjoyable.
