This video popped up in my YouTube recommended feed today, and I knew I had to share it. I did not make this video, and all credit is due to YouTuber Wade White. This cold start of CSXT GE U23B "U-Boat" diesel locomotive #9553 in the winter time is just awesome! Even more awesome than the start-up is the color of this locomotive - obviously it served on the front-line of CSX for most of its career, and then was relegated to use as a MoW locomotive. Just a great diesel!
