My dad likes to pick up the small paints he finds in the clearance bin at home depot. He got me a jade green paint that looks spot on for PC. I need to paint something with it. Maybe I can thin it down to put in my airbrush.

Nice GP20 Chops.
My loco this week is a Burlington Northern shark nose I found at a a swap meet last year. It now has had a good cleaning, new magnets and is a good runner.

I've never seen the 4-8-0/4-6-0 without the extended smokebox. I love it! Did you make that modification? Want One now!!!

Nice locos this week, all.
My LOTW offering is another Ebay score. A Tyco Union Pacific RR F9A #537 - the version missing stepladders under the cab.

Chops, I just might. Need to find a spare caboose though!
My old mantua shifter with the valve gear. So very nice. Repainted and restored. Just needs a bell and couplers.

Chugs along nicely through all the speed ranges.

My LOTW this week will be the brand new addition to my fleet, my Tyco U.P. E7, the city of San Fransisco. After a repair to the rear wheel set, I performed a test run and this unit runs like a top. In the last few months I made the change from Tyco Brass Track to Bachmann EZ track, and I've never been happier. My locomotives have never ran so well.

Mantua - the old diecast Mantua switchers had the letter M on their number plates as a sort of trademark. On a real locomotive, that would be the road number of the engine.
