My LOTW this week will be an update of my last LOTW. I managed to win a C430 for parts, and now my Union Pacific GP20 is fully complete with handrails. It's developed a bit of a short circuit, but I'll deal with that in good time.

My new roundhouse shay, all completed. This thing was a challenge, but runs great now. I bought this thing over a year ago. Somebody detailed and painted it. It also came with the NWSL regear kit, thank god! It was missing a bunch of parts that I got from WISEMAN on ebay. Ended up totaling about $50. Not bad! It then sat for a year in its box, until I got some kadee centering springs, made new wipers, and voila! She runs smoothly! I added some missing details, and painted it myself. I think I did a good job. No sealing coat yet. I also used some spare tubing for the square lineside shaft connectors, as I could not get them anywhere. It takes my 18" radii just fine with them. I'm really proud of this one. I hope to get more geared steam soon

BlaxlandAlex3, you should be proud of that engine. They have a reputation for being a real project to build and tune into something that really works well. Besides, you've done it up right cosmetically, as well.

The Santa Fe 630 recently received a new power train and now runs again. All 4 of my 630s are ready to roll. I have a new pack of handrails for the D&H...
