My LOTW this week will be comin' round the mountain! Here's the TYCO RML SD24 and caboose I picked up late last year. This unit is in pretty good shape overall. The PT motor squeals at slow speed until it warms up a bit, but it still runs okay.

I always wanted a six axle Tyco, and I just love Tyco's fantasy schemes, so when I was able to use a voucher to get this thing at $13.50, with hand rails, AND FREE SHIPPING, the wallet couldn't come out fast enough. Money's an issue as a college student, but I've still been able to build my Tyco dream fleet for about $400 over a year or two. It's worth probably double that, but I don't plan on letting it go for a while.

Got this Mantua, I think it's a repop sort of thing by Model Power, to power a museum exhibit.
It will need to log in 800 hours at a museum exhibit called "Tracks Through the Desert."
Seems pretty sturdy, will have to see how it holds up.
