I went to the Garden State Model Railway club in North Haledon New Jersey on Sunday.



I believe this car is the only Tyco item on the layout on Sunday.



Conrail units always brighten up a scene.



Penn Central for Jeff.

Ditto on that, AF Kid!

WKS brings us superb images of this plethora of model rail clubs in the NYC region. In many parts of the country, such organizations have folded as rapidly as LHS's.

What continues to intrigue me is the level of cooperation and leadership styles that must form the framework of such complex artistic expressions.
I was in the local club for two decades, and after all was said and done, a lot more was said than done.
