My LOTW is a Fleischmann BR 89 from about 1965 that I got off of Ebay for around $40-$45 a little while ago. After a bit of cleaning, lubrication, and running in, it runs as good as new. Love this little guy.

Mantua Century. She pulls pretty good, got the MU2 motor.
Love that tea kettle, Kristofer. I believe it closely resembles the one shown in the opening scene of the Eastwood classic, "The Good, The Bad, and the Ugly." Film shot in Italy, on a low budget, designed to looked like the old American Wild West, but the had to make do with an Italian Railways train. Still, one of the best films ever made.

Remarkable work, Frank. The unusual stack makes me think early steam. The crossing platform is a really nice touch. The engineer had to sit next to that steam dome- I see the pressure valve on the rear, next to the bell? You'd have to be tough as nails to be an engineer (or fireman) to do that job.

It's been a while. Seeing the Pennsy F's reminded me of these. I realized I hadn't taken a picture of them. I also found that if you leave a rechargeable battery in your camera for a year or so, it will swell. Anywho, a nice set of Hobbytown/Athearn F7's in Pennsy get-up. Evan
