I just recently found the tyco resources site and i am having a good time remembering my chilhood with tyco trains. But i can't find any info on a switcher i vividly remember in the tyco line. It was a small center cab switcher that used the same frame/motor as the small end cab switcher. Does anyone else remember these or am i just having an incorrect memory go through my head?? Thanks.

I think you're referring to the Red-Box "industrial diesel"?
Tony Cook's Red Box site has a bunch of pics:

Ironically, I just bought my first/only example of the Plymouth Industurial tonight!

Hey Guys:
Just so you know there was a real one...

I have a couple; 1 x SF, 1 x UP. Latter runner, former not.
GIC what did you pay? I've seen em go for $50 on Evilbay!

Cool pics! Any info on the history of that one?
I guess I did pretty good... Loose "mint" runner, $15 BIN. Republic Steel, which is nice because I have a fondness for the steel industry (my dad has worked with it for 35 years, as did I indirectly for a spurt).

Hey GIC:
You mean that specific one on the flatcar? Or the model in general? I can put up the info from the Diesel Spotters guide on the model, is that what you're looking for? Can't remember where I got the photo from....
OK, here ya go: http://www.northeast.railfan.net/diesel124.html
Look for CR-4 60 Tonner. Thats on 4 wheels as opposed to the more common 44 Tonner which is a B-B
