Here's an awesome video of Pennsy diesels operating in Norristown, PA - just outside my hometown of West Norriton. Wow.

Those center-cab diesels are Baldwin RT-624's, as it turns out. Yep, none of them ever made it to serve under Penn Central. Wikipedia has more info on this unique diesel: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baldwin_RT-624
None are preserved.

Whoooa Nelly. That is some of the most interesting rail footage I've seen. All that industry moving by rail, too. I would have loved to just be on those commuter coaches watching the Pennsylvania scenery unfold. Where in the world did you find this???

XD, and unfortunately their prices are through the roof -- used ones can go for several hundred.... :(
Chops, Happened to come across it in my recent train searches on Youtube.

I noticed the overhead line The Philadelphia and Western. At the very beginning of the video posted. Today it is the SEPTA Norristown High Speed Line.
Not the PRR but still an interesting line to view and travel.
