This was a 60's Tyco tank car where the lettering was faded. So, using some left over decals it became a MoW tank car for my MoW fleet.

Nice decaling work! Don't forget to add a hand brake wheel and add a little weathering! I see that you have it lettered for diesel fuel, for extra points add some fuel spills running from the filling hatch down the sides of the tank! For bonus points make some of the spills a light dull gray and others a shiny dark gray to simulate old spills mixed with dust and new "clean" spills.
