Also this a common gas station out here in the West
heck there is a Sinclair, Wyoming too!
I have a friend who has a restored 1950s era Sinclair gas pump along with lots of Sinclair toys, products & oil cans too!

Unfortunately, I remember them from the late 50's early 60's when I was a little kid. I thought they went out of business years ago.....

went to a friend's house & took a few pix of his Sinclair collection
gas pump his son restored

everything lights up & the gas indicator that shows its flowing even turns!
oops guess I fudged the pic
the top lit up

other collection with oil cans
cans are different Mellowed after 80 million years Mellowed after 100 million years
trucks also fixed up by his son

oh yeah Gotta have this rare piece with the gas pump
yes that is Toothless on it
Also he has 2 unused Sinclair soaps a late to early 50s White Tanker truck & a brontosaurus I believe those you got free with fill up

yeah & 10 years ago Sinclair pulled all things related to Sinclair off the market Such as gas pump signs & repop globe glass Everything!
note the price for 15 1/4 gallons of gas $4.57! Which was 29.1 cents a gallon

Wow, I agree with Chops - I've never heard of Sinclair before. But whoa, those things are treasures!

There are many gas station chains of yesteryear that barely hang on across the country. Sinclair is one of them, but others include the likes of Amoco and DX. Some have also been reduced to regionals, like Phillips 66, Gulf 76, and Texaco. There's a term coined for chains like this, "Broken Chains".
sim-al2 Also since they cut track maintaince the trains had huge trouble making over the railroad by the end 純那 yeah They did a Rock Island volountarily
