Was the caboose in the video lighted by a kit or did you rig something? That looked like an AHM caboose.

It's actually a Cox Army caboose. The light is a flasher circuit salvaged from a child's shoe box and is self contained on the caboose with its own battery power. I gave up on track power long ago when button cells became affordable.



Here is the circuit installed in an Athearn Impact car with trailer to be used as a FRED device.
