Good evening,

I assembled my Tyco operating crossing gate by following the instructions, yet, I cannot get it to operate properly (the gate never lifts.) Can someone please diagnose the issue?
Thanks!

Thank you, thesiding - I actually searched a bit, and discovered that I only have 1 counterweight (it seems there were a series of them on the back of the gate) per an image I found on Ebay...... am I right?
What else am I missing??

Also you MAY be missing a metal rod on bottom this was on earlier versions
Is there a hole on the black rod bottom attached to the gate arm?

No, I distinctly remember there being a lack of a hole....
In regards to the counterweight, what would you be interested in trading for it?

No, I don't believe I have any more GP-20 numberboards.....I may have Alco C430 numberboards, however. I will check and edit this post once I have confirmed.
