You guys know who you are!
There are several forum barnacles who have enormous locomotive collectios and, AND excellent Photobug skills who haven't added to the LotW thread this week.
What about it you slackers!? [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D] [:D]

Hey ShayGetz:
If you like "forum-barnacles" you'll love it when I call NYC our forum Admin RS-Slut! which is short for "rolling Stock-Slut! We weree at a model Train show in Allentown, PA. last spring and I think we have to go out to his car for like 6 trips to drop off stuff! Actually I learned a lot that day. Come this fall and the autumn version of that show and I will be taking a whack of money and buying to set up Ebay selling in the lead up to Christmas!
Occasionally you'll hear me refer to GIC as the TJ-GP which is short for the Trailer-Jet Garnd Poohbah!
BTW: that head anim is pretty sick stuff no wonder you like hanging out here!
Cheers, Gareth

I've gotta take a pass on this week... just been too busy to dig, write and photograph in whatever order. Didn't even post for almost a 7 days and that was yesterday when the week was half over.
So given that, plus my sizeable back catalog sprinkled up throughout here, I exercise my right of deference to everyone else, including a few other ranking users, just lurking about.... [;)]
I do have a good list though... time will dole them out...

Hey GIC:
Sounds fair. Just coddling my "pet" thread-section. Gonna buy a digital SLR this year, did you get one yet? I can see photography being a bigger hobby activity down the road.
I did notice you're not being arounf btw. Hope you're not getting overwhelmed, delivery day is still way out there right?
Night, Gareth

Nothing too overwhelming (yet), just too much other stuff to do. Even a little "non-tyco" railroading became a huge ordeal; I now know that I NEVER want to rewire a locomotive in the near future. Eve though the results were great.
Due date is sometime in December... about mid-month. Yeesh, not much time left...

Is there a way to upload a single photo from the digitalcam with out uploading the entire memory card and even when you hve not saved in the cam as favorites? I have a Kodak easyshare C340. Sounds like a loco? [^]

I don't know too much about Kodak. My cam is a Sony, I can take the memory card out and plug it into the computer slot (or use the supplied cable, which I never have) and copy, move or delete anything on the card. You should be able to access the card files and pick or choose the pic you want to work with via cable or plug in port on the computer, you just have to access the card and then the file/s. Unless Kodak is different than Sony. I found that working with the pic files you have to copy it with an extension of .jpg (lower case only, uppercase is not acceptable to upload to this site). I use the program that came with Vista to crop, edit, reduce. If you reduce the size to 640x480 or 800x600 and use the extention .jpg in lowercase then you "shouldn't" have too much difficulty uploading to the site and as Todd (NYC), I think, asked the reduced size will save space on the site.
