Lately I've been on a bit of an Electrotren kick. This the third piece I've picked up in the last week. Spanish in manufacture and depiction, it is increasingly finding their way onto my Briitish OO layout, where nobody really knows the difference. This piece dates back to memories of having first seen it in about 1975. When I saw it in an El Paso curio shop, I had to have it. Lot of retired military in this town, and they bring things from around the globe. Also available was an 18th century traveling Priest Pulpit. Yep, they would go from town to town in Mexico delivering Mass from this sturdy oak sheltered pulpit.

Interesting piece, Chops! Do you know if a car like this was used by European railroads during World War 1, or more likely, World War II?
Here's my offering:
Pennsylvania RR MOW Searchlight Car #984, a piece I've been seeking for almost 2 years, which has now been added to the rolling stock/MOW roster. I'm looking forward to actually "running" it on the Ephrata Valley Railroad, in the near future.
