No thematic drift, other than UK, to this video. I was looking for an excuse to
post music by the Irish Rock Group, The Blaggards. They have a unique
and exciting sound to some old and some classic tunes.

Neat video, Chops - that HO-scale version of "Stonehenge" was awesome to see!

Well, my advice about KISS comes back to haunt me. As this video shows,
got too much track and tried to wedge in too many turnouts and if I ever
want this to run smoothly I am going to have to drastically revise it
to a simpler plan. After today I am going to start pulling up track for
a new Bamburgh.

Yeah, it seems to be the switching areas disrupt the trains a bit - but, I'm sure you will resolve the problem

Thanks for the vote of confidence, RP. I did fix it, and
had fun doing it. Basically, I took a long hard look
at some track plans and decided if I was going to
get things to run right and smoothly, then excessive
curves were going to have to be straightened.
It took two years to grow the original track plan,
and three hours to take it all down and put it back
up again.

I appreciate the horse 'n' hounds in the original video. Hounds turn off eyes and ears when on the scent; some have come to grief encountering rail traffic and it is the responsibility of vigilant whippers-in stationed along railways to prevent tragedy.
