DanMacK, that "Rock" wreck crane and maintenance car you posted under last week's AOTW inspired me on this.

My COTW offering:

This exellent AHM/Rivarossi Pennsylvania RR wreck crane and maintenance car! I've been looking for one of these in the PRR scheme for some time now, but they were just too expensive, even on Ebay. This pair was stuffed into a Tyco box at the train store and marked "$15.00". A great find, I think.

My COTW arrived on Saturday from Chops124. This very nice U.S Steel car with load. The first train car that I have bought in ages... There is only 2 or 3 more Tyco cars that I may buy in the future...

RP, Nice buy as the different brands actually go well together.

Here is my COTW, a Tyco Brach's candies operating hopper that I've been trying to find for a couple years. Found it at a local moving sale.

One of Mantua/Tyco first plastic-bodied gondolas GM&O. This one still has its old Mantua hook and loop couplers.
