Nice.

One question... Would it have been possible to thin the chassis a little where the mounting tabs were and reuse the mounting tab locations? Or even drill them out and using flat washers, sandwich the chassis between the washer and the shell?

Drilling new holes probably would have worked, so I guess I wasn't thinking it through that much. Oh well!
