Neat car, don't think I've run across an Eggo car, or I wouldn't let go of it ( ). My contribution this week is a Tyco Union 76 triple axle tanker, my first U76 version. Haven't run across these often that I know of. Shop had it from an estate lot, so I snagged it last weekend, the boss finally priced it for me. So it's mine now.

Thanks, Jerry! I had to go down and look at it and it is an AHM piece. I see them on ebay from time to time. Probably see more if I searched the AHM section more often...
I'm a fan of the 3 dome Union tanker too...

Leggo my Eggo. And the iconic Tyco 3 dome, with handrails to nowhere.
Tossing my hat in the ring with an Armstrong box car. My grandfather, Mac, worked for this corporation for something like 40 years, back in the day, so I was pleased to snag this piece, a while back, for about a buck or two.

Eggo used to make Lego shaped waffles, and I loved those things as a kid. I will never forgive them for discontinuing them.
sim-al2 Also since they cut track maintaince the trains had huge trouble making over the railroad by the end 純那 yeah They did a Rock Island volountarily

I've heard that an early railroad here in my neighborhood (Colorado Midland) would occasionally end up hauling a few Missouri Pacific cars from time to time.

Barry, what are those MoPac cars made of? The sides look like some sort of embossed sheet metal.

Hey Don. Those are Mantua Metal Products cars with the brass hopper box and paper/cardstock glue on sides.

Yeah, you can see where the side of the one in front is peeling back a bit at the rear. The cardstock is embossed.

Those embossed paper sides look pretty good. That's a cool technique.
