This has been addressed about 5,000 times, so for the 5,001st time, could someone help me out here? Love this old vintage trio, but one of the couplers on the B unit is just a little too slack and uncouples periodically, so I need to replace it. These are the couplers that are permanently riveted in, so I will need to drill out the rivet to get at it. What size nut and bolt will replace it? Thanks. Or maybe I should go with permanent draw bar and each end?

Chops, you do NOT need to drill it out. Take a small flat blade screwdriver and gently pry the metal coupler box apart. "Gently and with patience." Replace the coupler and then press it back together. it should be tight enough to have no further issues, but in some rare cases you may need to put a tiny drop of CA on the end of the pin.
