Thanks Chops124! Yes, I do have a bit of catenary on the layout - I'm a big Sacramento Northern fan and they had their whole line from Oakland to Sacramento with catenary. Eventually I'll have about 1/4 of my mainline under wire. For now only the terminal has wire. I'm using Marklin as it is easy to work with and pretty robust.

unique and captivating bit of work. Also, I notice you are using
brass rail? Always liked that look.
I never heard of the Sacramento and Northern before. I will
have to look it up.
Is that fine looking catenary Marklin, or did you scratch build it?
