Pic loads fine..... says "waiting for tyco forum"....then times out. Tried it 50 or more times over 3-4 days. What gives?

The pic is too big. I resize mine to about 1500 pixels wide and seldom have a problem.

I use the lowest settings on my digicam then pix load just fine
Or try resizing the pic too
