My COTW is a plain jane Tyco Ralston Purina car. It's the first car in my quest to get the pieces for a Silver Streak back together. It was my first train set, and this is the first piece :)

I am posting a Train-Miniature Box car of the West Indian Fruit Company. WIF 314.
I have a second WFI box car made by TM. It is a all steel PRR style box car and has a black ship drawn on it with a different number. Also AHM released a few of them made it different countries but with the same stencil applied.

West India Free-ut? Wonder how that got through unnoticed...

I recently picked up this old Fleischmann tinplate reefer on eBay for $4 (AUD). It was missing a truck so I recycled some old worn out Athearn trucks so it could do another million scale miles, and put the obligatory Kadee #5s on each end.

Fleischmann Old Heidelberg reefer URTX1428.

The reefer also came with a German four-wheeled freight car which was also missing wheels.

I've had the Eggo car since the year 1999. I won a large slot car auction that had five of the old road & rail crossings in it. I talked and joked to the lady would was the seller thruout the week. She sent me the Eggo car as a gift....

Bachmann Metroliners, both unpowered. I like the working metal pantograph.

I'm thinking of powering one using Athearn SW trucks.

My Car of the Week is a recent purchase of mine. Its the Athearn RTR Southern Pacific 1776 Bay Window Caboose. I absolutely love this paint scheme and plan on ordering the locomotive in a few weeks!
