Did the Clementine set only come with the darker green pulpwood car with black bulkheads pictured in the catalogue, or did it sometimes come with the all-green pulpwood car instead?

And I know I asked this in the other thread, but what was the roadname on the green-and-black pulpwood car,

If you already figured it out or not, the set included the all-light green Great Northern bulkhead flatcar.

Yes, it was the Great Northern car, not the Southern Railroad one.
