My COTW is a Kadee US Navy box car in H0, which I won for free at a train show late last month.

I'm fairly certain your boxcar is an Athearn Blue Box product, thetramp. The undercarriage and trucks look Athearn, as do those coupler box covers. And Athearn tended not to have their name on their cars.
