Look through some Gilbert or Ideal catalogs, if HO Seeker has them up. Looks like one of those. I think they were actually made in Japan and sold under several names here.

It is not Gilbert or Marx HO, both have rectangular bases.

It appears that your crossing gate is missing a shack, and it may be a Bernie Paul import(GHC, IHC or Hotco).
