Set of auto racks, mostly Tyco, rattling behind a LL Geep unit.

Here's a budding engineer . . . gaining experience. The circus train is one his mother and the siblings played with 30 or so years ago. We liked it so much at the time, we ordered extra animals and an extra gondola. It still clickety-clacks and toot-toots pretty well . . . at least coming into this generation.

Yes, Barry, I enjoy it all the more as quite a few of those pieces were obtained in trades and purchases off the trading post, particularly with G Money, who sent out alerts when the local antique dealer got cool Tyco in. So I feel like I am sharing this with my Tyco Forum pals in more ways than one.
Great baby pic, BTW. I relate to his happiness with the trains.

I occasinally find that old Fisher-Price Circus Train set at flea markets, garage sales or antique stores Usually in bad shape or with a redonkulous price on it

That is a nice collection Frank. Be fun to see an old Mantua Locomotive haulin' them around . . . might have to be a double header.

Late 40's and 1950's. Somewhere is a video of a train made up of old mantua tank cars gondolas, and some other mantua cars of the period. Unless it is a series of photos. I'll look. frank
