ready to go, thanks to Bob Cauliflower (forget your screen name!) the MN Special is ready for a trial
run after cleaning up the 35 year old pancake motor (from a Utube video). Problem is that the
rear truck is sticky when swiveled. I put a few drops of gear lube on it, helps a little, but feels stiff.
Should I change out the yoke? Has it minutely warped with time??

Glad they worked for you...I would try a couple of puffs of graphite on the bearing surfaces, then worrk them back and forth til free. Those yokes are made of Delrin, which is pretty slippery already, so there may be a minor warp or misalignment catching.
