It is all-metal die cast. Looks to be the original paint and decals or printing - not custom, but I could be wrong. Don't see any decal edges. Nice and heavy, has hook/loop couplers, metal wheels/sprung trucks.

Not Mantua or Ulrich, don't remember if Thomas made such a hopper. My best guess is that it's an old Railmaster kit made by Utah Scale Models in the 50's. Trucks/wheels are not original, they are a pair of Andrews trucks made by Silver Streak.
