I have just noticed tonight, after getting all of my Life-Like home kits out, that these kits have two names per kit. I believe these kits were renamed at some point with different box art. Like a dummy over the years, I was buying these kit by name, and never paying close attention that they were the same. Here's what I found;

The Morrell Home was once called Rural Residence. The Morrell version does not have the TV satellite in the kit.

The Smith Home was once called the Suburban Split Level.

The Rose Home was once the Contemporary Ranch House.

The Krammer house kept it's name but is not marked well on the older box.

So, build a subdivision!
Cookie-cutter houses built by the same contractor.
Buy more.
There, problem solved.
