I has a friend selling this set on Ebay
Has tried once before no sale
So he trying again & if no sell again I will buy it
I was wondering if $35 is too much?

So this is a mint-in-box set? I can't see a mint set like that being worth much less than 35. Even if not mint, 35 for a good running loco, some cars, and some track is not a bad deal.
I feel like I'm missing something. At 35 bucks, if I wanted this it would be a no-brainer. I'd like to cheapskate him down to 20, but I don't feel bad about 35.
Heck, if I came across this at a flea market for 35, I'd probably buy it. I'd haggle a bit first, though. What am I missing?
