A trash bin save, from my LHS, I picked up this Marx O gauge hopper out of the bosses trash Tuesday. Needs some couplers, but otherwise fair shape.

My COTW is a Train Miniature box car that's actually very nice.

This is a childhood acquisition. After getting the Tyco Chattanooga Choo Choo set in 1975, I wanted something that I actually saw in real life:

| That Life Like Santa Fe boxcar came in my first train set. It was my favorite of the bunch, and started my SF obsession.

I thought of that as I was typing. The reason I chose that icon is because it was my first TYCO train. But yes, I was a BN fan first because that's what I remember thundering past my aunt's house down the street. I remember seeing the SF locomotives down at their yard in the city. I love all the roads that became BNSF.
