Blame it on Microbusss, his posts on the variations of Tyco Sara Lee box cars
got me sliding down the slippery slope after I had sworn on the Bible, the
moon, the stars: no more Tyco- focus on building up my British range.

Poking about Ebay, looking at Sara Lee boxcars, I saw one that was
that appeared to be a lime green, although the photo wasn't great.
Does a lime green Sara Lee exist?

Well, I jumped on it for $10. Way too much, but curiousity killed the
cat. Had to have it.

It does look green in that picture, possibly sun faded. I'm eager to find out once you receive it!

I think it's still gold, it's just the reflection of the light off the plastic sheathing, probably fluorescent, which does make things seem bluer or greener. If thats' the best pic the seller posted, I wouldn't bet on it being green. Only what you spent on it. LOL!

Yeah, probably the fluorescents. Did spend some green
on it, that be true. But then, I was doing fine until
Microbusss got me on this Sara Lee kick.

Well, it came in the mail today, and she is a
typical, if immaculate, NIB golden brown,
not green. Now I gots four, enough for a
really sweet Sara Lee train. Upcoming video:

I've gotta be hallucinating, but I swear I've seen these at the local show and they're not too uncommon.
